		<description>So true....I'm on a team now that has spent so much time "planning" the vision and mission that we're now frustrated.  Granted, it's good to have "team terminology" and understanding, but is not the discovery of vision and mission part of the mission?  It seems to me that churches that focus on the basics of loving God and loving others will find a great laboratory for forming vision and mission....and we might just find that vision and mission are fluid...at least as far as our part of the greater plan of God.</description>
